Event/Package Transfer (Charity)
Participants running for charity are able to transfer to another Threshold Trails Series event or package, dependent on the below requirements.
- The deadline to transfer to another event or package is Sunday, two weeks before your original event at midnight. After the transfer deadline OR if the event you are wishing to transfer to has closed registration, we are unable to transfer you to another event.
- If the package you wish to swap to on the new event is available, we will be able to process this. If there are no places left, we will be unable to transfer you.
- You will need to check with your chosen charity if they are happy for you to transfer your fundraising onto the new event. In some cases the charity may ask you to start your fundraising again.
- You will be subject to any changes in fundraising goals for the new event.
- You will need to pay any shortfall on the new package if it is more expensive than the previous event. If the package is cheaper, you will not receive a refund.
- Note: you will need to make sure that your chosen charity is available to select on the new event, it is not a given that the charity has decided to be a part of all of the Threshold Events in 2025.
To transfer your place to another participant, please contact charities@thresholdsports.co.uk and your chosen charity. The team will then cancel your registration and allocate credit to your Let's Do This account to allow you to transfer to the new event.
Please note, if you are transferring to an event or package with a greater registration fee, you will be charged the difference, plus a transfer fee. If you are downgrading package, you will not receive a refund on the difference.
